Who we are
Tailwind Academy is an independent education project. For any question about your data, write to tailwind.acdmy@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send a request on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, optional phone number, country, your child’s age, your preferred language, the programme you are interested in and any message you add. We do not ask for your child’s name or contact details.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, arrange your consultation or reservation and, only if you ticked the box, to send you occasional news about programmes. We do not sell or share your details for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it
Requests reach us by email and may pass through a form service before they do. We use Google services, including Gmail and Google Forms, to manage requests and questionnaire answers. Only our team has access.
How long we keep it
If you do not join a programme, we delete your details within 12 months of our last exchange. If you do, we keep what we need for as long as your child is enrolled and for the period accounting law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, to stop contacting you or to delete it. Write to tailwind.acdmy@gmail.com and we will act on it within 30 days. You can also contact your local data protection authority.
